Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Noirhaus is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Noirhaus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening a claim with the carrier.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.


Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, Noirhaus cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
